We are serving Tacos, Tortas, Burritos, Sopes, Taco salads, and Quesadillas with any meat of your choice grilled steak (Asada), Pork (Al Pastor), Grilled Chicken (Pollo), Mexican Sausage (Chorizo), and also stuff cheese peppers (Chile Relleno). Fresh Guacamole is made on the spot as you order it, and you can also try Sergio's famous Salsa and Chips. For drinks, we have Horchata and a weekly choice of another fresh water made and picked by Sergio, we also Mexican sodas.
Chef Sergio is very well known for his Beef Stew (Birria), which currently is only served on Saturdays and Sundays. Alongside the Beef stew (Birria), we are also making Quesabirrias which is a quesadilla stuffed and soaked with beef stew (Birria), which is gaining popularity with our customers.
